I wanted this for my team first.
I coach girls basketball and I've spent my career in tech. The big programs get stats and film cut-ups the next morning. Our teams got a parent with a clipboard, a phone video nobody watched, and a highlight reel if someone had a free weekend.
SlamReels is the pipeline I built to fix that for my own team. Every game on this site is charted with the same tools I use for mine, and every number links to the play so you can check my work.

Straight answers
What camera setup works?
Any phone on a tripod at mid-court. Get it above the first row of bleachers if you can, landscape, with the whole court in frame, and record the full game start to finish without stopping. Hudl, Veo and Pixellot follow-cams work too: just send us the link.
What doesn't work: a parent filming from the baseline, portrait video, or a camera that only follows one player.
How accurate are the stats?
Scoring is verified against the official score, quarter by quarter, before anything is sent. Every stat on the report links to the play it came from, so any number can be checked in two taps. When the film can't confirm which player made a play (a scramble under the basket, a number hidden by a screen), we list it as unattributed instead of guessing.
How do families get reels?
Every game comes with reels for the top performers, each with a share link you can text or post. Families can order a reel for any player on the players & families page, and a Season pass includes reels for everyone on the roster. Captions and the score bug are burned in, so the reel looks right on Instagram, in a text, or in a college coach's inbox.
How do you handle privacy for minors?
Players appear by jersey number unless you give us names. Report and reel links are unlisted and not indexed by search engines. We only process footage you have the rights to share, we never sell or share film or stats with third parties, and we delete a game on request. Read the privacy policy.
What counts as a game?
A game is about 90 minutes of film. Your plan's games add up to a monthly film allowance: 8 games is 12 hours, 12 games is 18 hours. Any full game counts, however long it runs; it's the total film that matters. Hours reset every billing month and don't roll over.
What if I send more film than my plan covers?
Nothing stops. Film beyond your allowance is billed at $20 per extra hour, added as a line on your next invoice, so a long tournament weekend costs a few dollars, not a new plan. You can also raise your game count any time from your billing page, which applies right away.
What's the founding offer?
The first 10 coaches to start a plan get $30 off every month (the default 8-game plan is $199 instead of $229). It applies automatically at checkout while seats are left, and it stays on your plan for as long as you keep it, including while it's paused for the off-season. Cancel and the seat goes to the next coach.
What do I send, and how fast is it?
A link to the game video, your jersey colors and your roster numbers. Results land within 48 hours of the link, usually sooner. Send Friday's game Saturday morning and you'll have it for Monday practice.
Does this work for other sports or levels?
Basketball today, youth through high school and club. Middle school, AAU, rec league and varsity all work the same way. If you run a program with several teams, custom analytics covers all of them.
