A recruiting reel is not a mixtape. Coaches skim dozens a week and decide in the first minute. Ours is built around how they watch.
- Full possessions, not just the make
They want to see the read before the shot and what happens after. We cut from the catch (or the inbound) to the result, not a two-second clip of the ball going in.
- Find the player in two seconds
Coaches hate hunting for a kid in a crowd. Jersey number and team are on screen from the first frame, and the camera zooms toward the action.

How do credits work?
Each purchase adds game credits to your email address: one for a single game, five for the pack, ten (plus the recruiting reel) for the season package. Send a game with that email and a credit is used automatically. Credits never expire, and the hype video add-on is a separate credit you can add to any game.
What's the $9 unlock?
When a coach sends a game to SlamReels, the whole team is already on film. Search your team above, pick the game, and we cut your player's reel from it for $9 instead of the single-game price, because the stats work is already done.
Do you need my player's name?
No. We find the player by jersey number and team colors. You choose whether the name appears on the reel; by default a reel shows the number and team.
What if the coach didn't film the game?
Any full-game video works: a parent's phone on a tripod, Hudl, Veo, a livestream recording. What doesn't work is a video that only follows one player or starts and stops. Send the link and the jersey number and we do the rest.
How is the reel delivered, and can I share it?
As a link, within 48 hours of receiving the game video. Vertical for Instagram, TikTok and texts, widescreen for coaches and email. Captions and the score bug are burned in, so it looks the same everywhere. Share the link with anyone; it's unlisted and not indexed by search engines.
Is this appropriate for younger players?
Yes. Players are shown by number unless you ask for a name, links are unlisted, we never sell or share film or stats, and we delete a game on request. We only produce reels when a parent or guardian confirms the footage can be shared. Read the privacy policy.
