Slam Reels is a web application that allows users to upload video clips and generate polished highlight reels for youth sports. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying feature limits.

Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide a valid email address

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all video content you upload to Slam Reels. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and render your videos solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content and will not use your videos for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that you do not have the right to use
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than creating personal highlight reels
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

Subscriptions and Billing

Slam Reels offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor.

• Prices are listed on our website and may change with notice
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing period
• Your account reverts to the free plan after your paid period ends
• Previously rendered reels remain accessible

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please reach us through the contact form.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Slam Reels available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Slam Reels is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of Slam Reels after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
